How your plan works
Workspace owners request a plan; a platform admin reviews and allocates it. Catalog changes do not silently change an existing allocation. Annual amounts, when configured, are the full annual price.
Organizer SMTP uses your own email provider. Platform SES requires an assigned allowance and configured delivery. No email overage is automatically billed. Custom allowances must be agreed before activation.
Groups, membership, affiliates, exhibitor and agenda workflows remain under development. Payment gateways are managed exclusively by the platform admin. Subscription checkout, renewals, invoices and paid add-ons are not active.
